57 Meatloaf


  • 2lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs (slighty beaten)
  • 1 cup Chez-it crackers, crushed
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • ½ cup Heinz 57 sauce (plus a little more for top)
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper


In large bowl combine all ingredients and mix thouroughly. Place in IP safe dish and add 1 cup of water to the pot. Manual for 25 minutes and 10 minutes NPR.  Add a little Heinz 57 to top. Cool  meatloaf for 10 minutes and slice.
